Testimonials

I’m the owner of Streeterville Pizzeria & Tap and I would like to highly recommend Anthony “Professor Pizza” Scardino. Anthony developed our recipe in the early stages of our opening and helped trained key staff on how to implement all stages of the dough making process. He also educated the staff on the importance of the proper mixture and preparation of other ingredients so our final product would remain consistent. The standard operating procedures he set in place remain there today and without his help the pizzeria would have struggled to produce a consistent product. He is an excellent consultant who will make a lasting impact.
— Shawn DeAmicis - Owner of Streeterville Pizza & Tap
After making Neapolitan style pizza for 3 years at home (outdoor Mugnaini wood burning oven) I decided to hire Tony to reach the next level. He was recommended by a friend who’s wife hired him for a birthday party. His in depth knowledge is impressive, however his compassion for all things pizza is outstanding. We spent 3 evenings together discussing the science behind preparing the dough, and how to create that highly sought after cornicione! The lessons learned are invaluable, and my family & guests will reap the benefits for the years ahead.
Bravo Professore Pizza!!!
